Naturotherapy - Although the term "naturopathy" wasn't coined until the late 19th century, it is one of the oldest forms of medicine known to mankind, tracing its roots to the healing traditions of ancient China, India, Greece, and to Native American cultures

Like other complementary therapies, naturopathy is about treating the whole person, not the symptoms of a disease. A large part of naturopathy is educational, looking at lifestyle and what the client can do for themselves.

It can be useful for a range of conditions such as digestive disorders, menstrual imbalance, and migraines. A detailed personal history is taken in discussion with the client .
