Osteopaths regard skeletal alignment as important for health of the complete person.   Osteopathy can be very useful for pregnant or post-natal women, anyone with chronic or acute back problems, migraines, joint problems, RSI or injuries.   A detailed personal history is taken, followed by a physical examination. You will probably be required to undress to your underwear. Your diet may be considered in the course of your treatment. Each treatment usually lasts one hour.
