Rolfing - used to be called structural integration. It is a therapy that re-educates the body
in movement by manipulation of connective tissue. Some breathing techniques are taught and pressure is used to release tension
and improve the health and use of the body.
Rolfing
is about education and giving the client skills to use for themselves. Although a series of ten sessions is recommended, clients
are usually encouraged to try just two or three to see how it suits
them. Each session lasts for one hour.
