Sweet and spicy with a warm tone.
Cardamon:
This sweet and spicy oil is distilled from cardamon seeds. The essential oil has a warming quality and is well know for its
stimulating properties. It's great for relieving digestive complaints, easing sore muscles, and for generally invigorating
the body. A few drops of oil added to a bath offers a soothing soak for tired and aching muscles.
The
Egyptions favoured cardamom and used it as a perfume and a component of incense.
Note:
it should be used in low dilutions to avoid irritation to the skin.
