Foot Oil
Ingredients:
1 ounce
sweet almond oil
1 ounce
jojoba oil
3 drops
peppermint essential oil
1 drop rosemary essential oil
1 drop
tea tree essential oil
1 drop
ginger essential oil
Blending
Procedure:
Combine
sweet almond and jojob oil. (If you don't have sweet almond, you can use other base oils like grapeseed or apricot kernel.)
Add
the essential oils one drop at a time, shaking gently after each addition.
To use, massage
gently into feet for sweet aromatherapy and muscle relief and to gently perfume feet naturally.
