Lassi Bath Milk
Ingredients:
250
milliliters plain yogurt
1 teaspoon
powdered cardamom
1/2
teaspoon powdered nutmeg
Blending
Procedure:
Mix
all ingredients together well. Pour them into a warm bath.
Mix
well and take a 20-30 minute soak for a relaxing nourishing bath.
This
will last as long as the yogurt would in the refrigerator so long as you keep it tightly closed.
